Specifications:
- Rugged construction and designed for satisfactory operation under wide voltage fluctuations
- Standard three phase motors are available with rated output from 0. 25 hp/0.18kW up to 10 hp/7.5kW
- These motors meet the requirement of IEC 60034 and 60072.
- They can be provided with thermistors/thermal cutouts embedded in the windings, if required.
- Dynamically balanced pressure die-cast rotors
- Stator stacks are pre-wound and fitted in cast iron/ aluminum frames.
- Mounting dimensions as per IEC 72, is 2223 with ‘c’ type flange
- Varnishing done through vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI)
- Tropicalized winding
- Connections are made by electric brazing to eliminate loose contacts.
- Bearings are shrunk fit on bearing seats which are ground to close tolerance.
- Dual voltage / dual speed can be provided.
- Motor for operation at 60 Hz on request
- Meets EFF2 requirement of is 12615
- EFF 1 can be supplied on request
